At Loop Head today the Red-breasted Flycatcher was still in Seni Costelloe’s garden, while elsewhere on the headland the Buff-breasted Sandpiper was on the north shore of Ross Bay, four Chiffchaff and a Willow Warbler were in the gardens, with one Pomarine Skua, one Bonxie, three Leach’s Petrels and 18 Storm Petrels were off the pier in Kilbaha Harnour.
