Buff-breasted Sandpiper at the Horse Fields, Ross, Loop Head John N Murphy

At Loop Head today the Red-breasted Flycatcher was still in Seni Costello’s Garden with the Turtle Dove who was travelling up and down the road in Kilbaha. At the Fodry the Buff
-breasted Sandpiper was seen flying around the headland within the flock of 160 Golden Plover. One Seallow was in the grounds of Loop Head Lighthouse with three Wheatear on the headland and one Bonxie and an Arctic Skua seen out on the sea. at the Bridges of Ross there was one Bonxie, one Leach’s Petrel and one Storm Petrel.
