Clare Bird Sightings

Monday 26th November 2012

A Waxwing was seen in a private garden in Huntsfield, Dooradoyle today. This is the first Limerick report in what is looking like a major eruption of the species into the country. A minor influx occurred locally between December 2010 and March 2011, however the last major influx into the County occurred in February 2005.
