One GLOSSY IBIS was at Ballyvelaghan Lake, Burrin, New Quay. (John Lusby)
There were two Pink-footed Geese and 18 White-fronted Geese at Tullagher Bog this afternoon. (Finbarr MacGabhann & John N Murphy)
One Black Redstart was at Clonahinchy, Seafield. (John N Murphy & Finbarr MacGabhann)
One first-winter Iceland Gull was at Quilty Beach with 100 Barnacle Geese at Mutton Island. (John N Murphy & Finbarr MacGabhann)
There were ten Tree Sparrows on the east side of Doonbeg Village. (Finbarr MacGabhann & John N Murphy)
One Green Sandpiper was in a small flooded field 1km on the outskirts of Ennistymon on the Ennis Road on approach to the village. (John N Murphy & Finbarr MacGabhann)
Highlights from the Branch outing this morning were a first winter Iceland Gull and 65 Curlew at Clahane and over 200 Golden Plover and 180 Lapwing off Liscannor Pier.(Austin Cooney, Nuala and Tom Lynch, Olivia Nolan et al)
A Jay flew across the road just west of Inagh.(Nuala and Tom Lynch)
A Barn Owl was in the Dromoland area at 6.30a.m.(Gerry Butler)
