First winter Wheatear at Carrigkerry (Andrew Holmes)
A first winter Wheatear was at Carrigkerry.
A Common Sandpiper, a Lapwing and two Wheatears were at the Charlevile Lagoons
A Little Egret was at the Ballinacurra Creek.
A Scaup, seven Pochard, 30 Tufted Duck, two Great-crested Grebes, 11 Little Grebes, 45 Mute Swans, 200 Coot and a Snipe were at the Coonagh Settlement Ponds.
A Whimbrel, five Common Sandpipers and five Little Egrets were at Tarbert Bay.
Two Ruff were at Ballysteen.
A Little Egret was New Quay, Askeaton.
A Barn Owl was seen near Ballingarry.
A Kingfisher was the only new bird of note at the Coonagh Settlement Ponds.
One Common Sandpiper was at Tarbert Bay.
Two Common Sandpipers , eight Whimbrel and 284 Curlew were at Loghill.
