Two White-tailed Eagles were at Williamstown, Lough Derg (Kevin Clark).
The Tundra Bean Goose and 37 Greylag Geese were at Lough Atedaun (Dave McNamara).
At Lough Muchanagh there was one Short-eared Owl, 30 White-fronted Geese, one Great Northern Diver and a male Hen Harrier.
A flock of 143 Whooper Swans were in flooded fields near Lough Cullaun.
Four Crossbills were at Gortcoirce.
One Woodcock was at Kells.
The Black Swan has return with a flock of Whooper Swans near Ing, Newmarket-on-Fergus.

The adult Iceland Gull was at Harvey’s Quay this afternoon while the second year Iceland Gull was at Thomond Weir.
There was 222 Wigeon, 219 Teal, 215 Tufted Duck, 29 Mallard, 18 Gadwall, 13 Shoveler, 24 Mute Swans, one Whooper Swan, 42 feral Swan Geese, 20 Coot, two Little Grebes, six Cormorants, 48 Lapwing and a Water Rail at Lough Gur.
A Buzzard was seen near Clonshire, Adare.
A Barn Owl was seen late in the evening crossing the M20 near Raheen.

First-winter Glaucous Gull at Liscannor © John N Murphy
The Tundra Bean Goose and three Pink-footed Geese were still at Sandfield, Liscannor (John N Murphy & Finbarr MacGabhann).
The other Tundra Bean Goose was back at Lough Muchanagh (Dave McNamara), along with 28 White-fronted Geese, 68 Greylag Geese and a male Hen Harrier.
A female Velvet Scoter was off the Rine, Ballyvaughan.
One first-winter Glaucous Gull was at Liscannor Harbour, along with four Ravens, 30 Sanderling, 50 Dunlin and 12 Brent Geese.
A small party of 12 Barnacle Geese were on Mutton Island.
There were 16 Brent Geese at Clahane.
A flock of 110 Whooper Swans were in a flooded field near Lough Cullaun, the Burren.
One Woodcock was at Lough Inchiquin.

The adult winter and second winter Iceland Gulls were at Thomond Weir this morning. The second winter bird was also seen later at O’Callaghan’s Strand, where an adult Ring-billed Gull was also present.
Twelve Whooper Swans were seen flying north westwards over the King’s Island.

Another Great Northern Diver was at Lough Muchanagh.
There were 37 Greylag Geese were at Lough Atedaun.

The immature Common Eider was still at the Flaggy Shore along with a Whimbrel and ten Great Northern Divers.
Two Yellowhammers were near Boston.
Five Black-throated Divers, over 40 Great Northern Divers, ten Black Guillemots and a pod of Common Dolphins were off Black Head.

There was one adult Mediterranean Gull at Coranroo Bay.
Four Black-throated Divers were at Flaggy Shore.
Three Long-tailed Ducks and a Sandwich Tern were off Finvara Point.
