One Cory’s Shearwater, one Bonxie and 200 Manx Shearwaters ph passed the Bridges of Ross (Geoff Hunt).
There were two adult Little Gulls and one adult Mediterraean Gull at Killimer.

Six Little Egrets, one Common Sandpiper, one Bar-tailed Godwit, one first-summer and one adult Mediterranean Gull were at Tarbert Bay.
Two Common Sandpipers and 142 Curlew were at Loghill.

Thursday 12th July 2012

A BLACK STORK was seen earlier this morning at Ballyvaughan flying high towards the direction of the Caher Valley and Fanore (Emma Glanville). This is probably the same bird found in the county over a month ago.
A female Eider was seen along the Flaggy Shore.
There were eight Little Egrets, 80 Black-tailed Godwits and 50 Swifts at the Shannon Airport Lagoon.
Off the Bridges of Ross today there were 9,000 Manx Shearwaters, eight Storm Petrels and six Puffins.

A Red Grouse was seen at Dromada, Athea today during the Limerick Branch Outing.
A Peregrine Falcon carrying what appeared to be a Green Sandpiper was seen at Bunlicky.
