Five Waxwings were near Glor in Ennis this morning.
One adult Glaucous Gull was at Ennistymon and seen later at Clahane.
One Woodcock and four Ravens were at the Glebe Ennistymon.
The albino Great northern Diver was off Black Head today along with one Bonxie, two Black-throated Divers, 20 plus Great Northern 15 Common Scoter and six Gannets.
At Ballyvaughan there were 42 Brent Geese, 12 Wigeon and two Greenshank along by the harbour wall.

One Pink-footed Goose was with a flock of 17 Greylag Geese, one Little Egret and 15 Whooper Swans at Lough Erinagh, Ennis.
There were 12 Purple Sandpipers, nine Brent Geese and 100 Golden Plover at Clahane.
Over 200 Golden Plovers were at Lahinch Marsh.
Four Wodcock were at the Glebe , Ennistymon.

Six Crossbills, four Woodcock and a male Hen Harrier were at Booltiagh.
A female Hen Harrier was at the Shannon Airport Lagoon.
Eight Yellowhammers were in a garden at Faunrusk, Barefield.
Four Woodcock were at the Glebe, Ennistymon.

A female Marsh Harrier was at Lough Cullaun (Dave McNamara).
One male Hen Harrier was near Lemenagh Castle, Kilfenora.
There were 103 Whooper Swans near Kells Lough.
A flock of 1,000 Lapwing, 150 Golden Plover and 70 Dunlin were at Lough Atedaun.
One Crossbill was near Schropul, Doo Lough.
One Common Sandpiper was at Clarecastle Quay.
Two Ravens were at Darragh.

Sunday 6th January 2013

280 Tufted Duck, 132 Wigeon, 50 Teal, 36 Mallard, 24 Shoveler, 22 Coot, 41 Mute Swans and three Whooper Swans were at Lough Gur.
Five Whooper Swans were at Athlacca.
The adult Ring-billed Gull was at Sarsfield Lock along with a colour-ringed Common Gull, Red AE02, which was ringed as a chick near Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein in northeastern Germany in June 2010.
A very large Starling murmuration, estimated to contain about 50,000 birds, was seen at Liskennet, Croom this evening.

The immature drake Lesser Scaup was at Lough Gash along with a possible female (Dermot O Mahony).
A Red-throated Diver was just off Liscannor Pier and over 300 Redwing were in nearby fields along with 20 Fieldfare.
Fifty two Whooper Swan were on Ballyallia Lake at Drumcliffe as well as one Little Egret.
A male Blackcap was at a garden in Oak Park Ennis.
