17 Whooper Swans were at Athlacca. Only two of the flock were juvenile birds. Three Mute Swans were also in attendance.
A Dipper was seen on the Shannon at Castleoaks, Castleconnell.

There were 200 Barnacle Geese, three Canada Geese and a Merlin at Killard, Doonbeg. Seventy eight Shoveler, 12 Pintail, 3 Little Egret, 2 Gadwall, 450 Lapwing, over 300 Coot and 46 Whooper Swan were at Ballyallia. Over 3500 birds were at this site this morning.

A White-tailed Eagle was seen crossing the Newport Road at Carrowkeel, Annacotty today.

Twelve Pintail, 2 Jay and 1 Little Egret were at Ballyallia Lake. Forty six Whooper Swan were at Drumcliffe. Two Jay were at Lees Road Wood.

A Goldeneye, a Long-tailed Duck, a Scaup and 26 Gadwall were at Coonagh today. The Goldeneye is a first record for the site. Five Skylarks were also seen there.

Fifty seven Whooper Swan were on the field across from Drumcliffe Burial Ground. This flock included 18 juvenile swans.

A female Eider, a Red-throated Diver, 4 Great Northern Diver, 3 Purple Sandpiper and a flock of over 300 mixed waders were at Quilty. Eight Red-throated Diver, 6 Great Northern Diver and over 60 Common Scoter were at Lahinch.

Three Yellowhammer were down at the back of their usual spot close to Mullaghmore and another was near Ballyteige Lough.
