Four Crossbills and two Redwings were seen at Castleconnell.
Swallows have been reported from several new locations around the County in the past week including Ardagh, Askeaton, Limerick City(South Circular Road) and Pallasgreen.

The Glossy Ibis was at Coonagh again today (Maura Turner).
A Swallow was seen at between Croom and Ballingarry.

Thursday 3rd April 2014

The Glossy Ibis was seen at Coonagh again today shortly after the morning high tide(Tom Tarpey). The bird was feeding in the middle pond initially before eventually moving to the pond to the east of the north tunnel portal. The bird remains very wary and is best viewed by staying close to the motorway fence and scanning the area around the middle pond.

A Swallow was seen at Killaloe this afternoon.
A Blackcap was in song at Mountshannon.
Four Chiffchaffs were seen in Kilbaha and a Swallow was seen nearby to the east of the village.
