Little Stint at the White Strand John N Murphy

Arctic/Mealy type Redpoll at Kilkee John N Murphy

The Arctic/Mealy type Redpoll was outside Kilkee this morning and has been present here for over one week now. (John N Murphy)
This was the second county record. The first was of four near Kilcredaun on 28th October 2007.
A Green Sandpiper was at Islandavanna.(Chris Cullen)
A drake Ring-necked Duck was at Ballyallia.(Finbar MacGabhann)

An Arctic/Mealy type Redpoll and one Snow Bunting were at Kilkee. (John Collins)
The drake Ring-necked Duck was at the south-east corner of Ballyallia Lake with 90 Collared Doves nearby.(Nuala and Tom Lynch)

The female Ring-necked Duck was at Lough Gash along with a hybrid Tufted by Ring-necked type bird, 80 Tufted Ducks, 60 Little Grebes and a female Pintail. (John N Murphy)
