There were three Ring-necked Duck, one Lesser Scaup, seven Greater Scaup, 550 Tufted Duck, four Pochard, a Green Sandpiper and a juvenile White-tailed Eagle(purple tag 40) at Ardclooney. (Tom Tarpey)

Female Lesser Scaup at Ardclooney John N Murphy
One female Lesser Scaup and a hybrid drake Lesser Scaup were at Ardclooney along with one drake and one hen Ring-necked Duck, ten Greater Scaup, eight Pochard and over 200 Tufted Ducks. (John N Murphy)

A Hawfinch was seen beside the car park at Curraghchase and two birds were also seen at the same location approximately two weeks previously (Ciaran Cronin).

Immature White-tailed Eagle at Ballyallia Lake John N Murphy
One untagged immature White-tailed Eagle was at Ballyallia Lake along with one Buzzard, one Jay and 27 Whooper Swans. (JNM)
