One Peregrine, two Wheaters and 15 Whimbrel were at Clahane.
One female Hen Harrier passed across the road between Seafield and Quilty.
A flock of 30 Sanderling and five Bar-tailed Godwits were at Seafield.

At the Bridges of Ross today there were Manx Shearwater 23 flying West & 245 flying East, Great Skua, Arctic Skua (1 pale phase adult chasing Kittiwakes), Sandwich Tern,three Common Scoter, 41 Fulmar, 167 Gannet, six Bottlenose Dolphin and ten Common Dolphin.
At Lahinch Marsh there was one Green Sandpiper and one male Hen Harrier.
At the Shannon Airport Lagoon this evening there was one Peregrine and eight Little Egrets.

One Green Sandpiper was in the small pool at Kilbaha this evening.
There were 11 Curlew Sandpipers, 60 Knot, 200 Dunlin and 70 Ringed Plover on the mudflats at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this evening.
A flock of 2,000 Black-tailed Godwits, 16 Little Egrets, four Water Rails, five Shoveler and one Peregrine were in the Shannon Airport Lagoon itself.
One Little Egret was at Ballycorrick Bridge.
One juvenile Peregrine was at Doonbeg.
Nine Grey Plovers and 26 Golden Plovers were at Islandavanna.
One Water Rail was at Ballyallia Lake.
Monday 29th August 2011
Two Curlew Sandpipers were at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this evening.
Two Curlew Sandpipers were at Islandavanna, Clarecastle along with 120 Knot.
Two Arctic Skuas and two Red-throated Divers were at Finvarra Point.
One Common Sandpiper and a small flock of 60 Sanderlings were at the Skivileen River, Doonbeg.
One Peregrine was near Traught.

The Sharp-tailed Sandpiper was at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this morning (John Power, Denis O’Sullivan et al).
An Osprey flew south between Doonbeg and Kilkee this afternoon (Neal Warnock & Niall Keogh).
Also at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this evening were five Ruff, six Sanderling and two Curlew Sandpipers.
Two Little Egrets were at Moyasta Creek.

The adult Sharp-tailed Sandpiper was back at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this evening (Richard Bonser, John N Murphy et al).
Also at the Shannon Airport Lagoon were 12 Curlew Sandpipers, eight Ruff, eight Sanderling and a large mixed group of Dunlin, Knot and Redshank.
The Semi-palmated Sandpiper was also still at Doughmore Beach (Alan Clewes et al).

An adult Sharp-tailed Sandpiper was at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this afternoon (Pasi Pirinen et al). This is a first County record and only a fifth for Ireland.
One Semi-palmated Sandpiper was at Doughmore Beach, Doonbeg (Alan Clewes et al). This is only the fourth county record.
