Icterine Warbler at Kilbaha John N Murphy
A juvenile Icterine Warbler was at Side’s garden, Kilbaha.(John N Murphy) This was the third county record.
Also at Loop Head there was one Reed Warbler near the lighthouse, ten Golden Plover, two Buzzards, ten Wheatear, 750 Swallow and 50 House Martin. (JNM)

Juvenile Spotted Redshank at Charleville Lagoons John N Murphy
One Spotted Redshank, three Green Sandpipers, one Common Sandpiper, two Ruff, two Ringed Plover, a Pochard and a Kingfisher were at the Charleville Lagoons (John N Murphy).

At Ross, Loop Head between 08.45-10.45 there were 43 Great Shearwater, six Cory’s Shearwater, 12 Sooty Shearwater, one intermediate 2CY type Long-tailed Skua, three Pomarine Skua, 16 Sandwich Tern and eight Arctic Tern.(John N. Murphy)
