A third-winter Yellow-legged Herring Gull was on the Salmon Weir at Thomand Gate across from King Johns Island today.

The first-winter Lesser Scaup was still at Lough Gash this afternoon (John N Murphy), along with the drake Greater Scaup and 98 Tufted Ducks.
One drake and one hen Greater Scaup were at Ardclooney late this evening within a flock of 200 Tufted Ducks and 25 Pochard.
Ten Greylag Geese and three Water Rails were at Ballycar, Newmarket-on-Fergus.

One Arctic Tern, five Great Northern Divers, six Common Scoter and ten Brent Geese were off Liscannor Pier.
A flock of 95 Purple Sandpipers were at Seafield.
There was 25 Snipe at Doonbeg

The First-winter Lesser Scaup was at Lough Gash (Tom Tarpey & Frank O’Duffy).
At Loop Head today there were nine Twite, 15 Snow Bunting, one Brambling, over 50 Song Thrushes, one Merlin, one Peregrine, ten Greenfinches, 200 Chaffinches, five Great Northern Divers, one Red-throated Diver, 140 Golden Plover, 30 Snipe, 110 Curlew, 130 Lapwing and hundreds of seabirds off te tip of Loop Head this morning.
One Merlin and 17 Purple Sandpipers were at Ross Bay.
Two Peregrines were at Clahane.
One Merlin, two Crossbills and one Jay were at Kilnamona.
