A White-tailed Eagle was perched on trees at the Drumcliffe end of Ballyallia this morning.Probably the 2022 female released on the Shannon Estuary.(James Organ)

One Whimbrel was at Kilbaha and 300 Golden Plover were at Ross, Loop Head. (JNM)

Eight Sand Martins were at King’s Island Marsh (TT).

Twenty six Long-tailed Duck were off Aughinish Martello Tower.(Paul Troake)
Two Black-throated Diver and 138 Great Northern Diver were in the same area.(PT)

The adult Iceland Gull was on the Shannon between Harvey’s Quay and Steamboat Quay (TT).
A Norwegian colour ringed Black-headed Gull, White J2111, was at O’Callaghan’s Strand (TT). The bird was ringed as chick in June 2022 on an island near Oslo.
