The Clare Branch outing to the Bridges of Ross this morning, (during a period of bright sunshine and very slack winds) reported two Great Skua, two Arctic Skua, a Puffin, six Whimbrel, three Wheatear, a Peregrine, 10 Common Scoter, 80 Manx Shearwater and four Chough as the highlights.(Austin Cooney, Finbarr MacGabhann et al)
