Two of the four Barnacle Geese at Loop Head today John N Murphy
A Great White Egret was at Sandfield Marsh near Liscannor. One of the albino Hen Harriers was at Lahinch Marsh.(Geoff Pearson)
At Loop Head and Kilbaha there was one Yellow-browed Warbler, one Short-eared Owl, three Willow Warblers, one Chiffchaff, four Barnacle Geese, three Wheatear and over 400 Snipe. (John N Murphy, Paul Connuaghton & Andre Robinson)
One adult Mediterranean Gull, one Whimbrel, 50 Golden Plover & 160 Snipe were at Doonbeg. (JNM)
One female Bullfinch was just outside Kilkee, a scarce bird in west Clare. (JNM)
At Ross Ringing Station this evening there were two Sandwich Terns, one Manx Shearwater, one Greenshank and a Brent Goose. (JNM)
