Two Glossy Ibises flew over the N18 at Bunlicky (James Organ).

Five Whooper Swans, 47 Wigeon, six Shoveler, four Teal, 161 Black-headed Gull, 12 Herring Gulls and 262 Lesser Black-backed Gulls were on the Morning Star flood plain west of Bruff (TT).

The Council has introduced a trial conservation grazing scheme at the Coonagh Nature Reserve using a herd of 12 Dexter cattle. The object of the scheme is to maintain the greatest habitat diversity by limiting the spread of scrub and woody vegetation at the site (TT).
