A Scopoli’s Shearwater and a Wilson’s Petrel were seen off Ross Ringing Station this morning.(John N Murphy)

At Black Head 85 Cory’s Shearwater, one Great Shearwater, four Arctic Skua and two Great Skua were seen between 09.05-11.30.(Paul Troake)

At the Bridges of Ross from 06.00-1900 a seawatch produced a Barolo Shearwater flying west at 09.00(BMcC), one Long-tailed Skua, two Wilson’s Storm Petrel, six Leach’s Petrel, ten Storm Petrel, two adult Sabine’s Gull, 13 Grey Phalarope, 954 Cory’s Shearwater, 14 Great Shearwater, 64 Sooty Shearwater, 24 Arctic Skua, five Great Skua, 36 Sandwich Tern, two Puffin, one Common Scoter, one Kingfisher and one Common Sandpiper.(20 observers)

A seawatch between 19.00-20.00 had three Great Skua, three Arctic Skua, 34 Cory’s Shearwater and five Sooty Shearwater.(James Organ)
