A seawatch at the Bridges of Ross between 07.10-15.25 produced four Great skua, eight Arctic Skua, 20 Storm Petrel, two Leach’s Petrel, 15 Grey Phalarope, three Sabine’s Gull, 18 Cory’s Shearwater, 100 Sooty Shearwater, one Curlew Sandpiper and one Black Guillemot.(Don Pointon)

There were four Curlew Sandpiper, including one ringed in Norway (Yellow flag coded AVN right tibia, Red ring left tibia), 198 Sanderling, 133 Ringed Plover, 74 Oystercatchers, 53 Dunlin, six Bar-tailed Godwits, 15 Turnstone, a Knot, a Greenshank, a Curlew and seven Sandwich Tern at Seafield.(TT)

A juvenile Peregrine was at Quilty along with 73 Oystercatchers, 42 Sanderling, 32 Ringed Plover, three Dunlin and three Turnstone. (TT)

A Wood Sandpiper, three Curlew Sandpiper, eight Ruff, one Knot, 18 Ringed Plover, 55 Dunlin, 16 Snipe, 32 Lapwing 16 Black-tailed Godwits, a Curlew, a Redshank and a Buzzard were at Lough Atedaun.(James Organ, Sally O’ Meara & TT)
