The male Black Redstart and one male Blackcap were at the back Our Lady’s Hospital in Ennis this morning (Paidi Cullinan).

A very large flock of 5,000 Black-headed Gulls and a Ring-billed Gull were Tarbert Bay (Geoff Hunt).
A Kingfisher was seen on the Shannon near Rhebogue (Maura Turner).

A Common Sandpiper and three Redshank were on the Shannon at Clancy’s Strand, Limerick today. Three Redshank were also at Corbally (TT).

At the Shannon Airport Lagoon this morning there were 4,500 Golden Plover, 2,000 Dunlin, 200 Lapwing, 300 Wigeon, 200 Teal, 80 Shoveler and three Water Rail (John N Murphy).

The albino Curlew at Bishop’s Quarter John N Murphy

The GREAT WHITE EGRET and a 3CY Ring-billed Gull were at Ballyallia Lake this afternoon (Paidi Cullinan).
At Coolsiva Pier, Black Head this morning there was one Velvet Scoter, 28 Black-throated Divers, 50 Common Scoter and a Whimbrel (John N Murphy).
At Bishop’s Quarter there were 14 Black-throated Divers, two Long-tailed Duck, three Little Egret, 40 Red-breasted Mergansers and the Albino Curlew (JNM).
North of Finvarra Point there were four more Black-throated Divers and an additional two Long-tailed Ducks (JNM).
At Lough Murree there were 22 Twite, 80 Brent Geese, 16 Whooper Swans, 43 Mute Swan, 200 Wigeon and 14 Tufted Duck (JNM).
One Spotted Redshank and two adult Med Gulls were at Coronroo Bay (JNM).
One Ring-billed Gull is at the Post Office Field in Ennis (Jeff Copner).
One male Black Redstart was at the back of Our Lady’s Hospital in Ennis (Howard Williams).
There were two female Hen Harriers, two Water Rails, three Little Egrets, 80 Lapwing, 100 Golden Plover, 70 Teal and one Woodcock at Lahinch Marsh and Churchill, Ennistymon (Dave McNamara).
There were two Jays, 18 Gadwall and 46 Tufted Duck at Dromore Nature Reserve (JNM).
One drake Scaup and 80 Tufted Duck were at Lough Gash (JNM).
