Ten Hawfinches and a Brambling were at Curraghchase (Sean Cronin & Maura Turner). A Buzzard was also seen in the area (Matt Kelliher).
A Buzzard was at Ballysimon (TT).

Overwintering Sandwich Tern at Ballyvaughan John N Murphy

The adult drake Surf Scoter was off Coolsiva Pier early this morning along with 15 Common Scoter. (John N Murphy)
There were two Sandwich Tern, one Black-throated Diver and the white Curlew between Ballyvaughan and Bishops Quarter. (JNM)

The drake Surf Scoter is back at Coolsiva Pier for the sixth winter this morning, along with 25 Black-throated Divers, 26 Great Northern’s and 22 Common Scoter. (Paidi Cullinan)

At Finvarra Point there were 19 Black-throated Divers, 50 Great Northern Divers, six Common Scoter, 45 Red-breasted Mergansers and two Long-tailed Duck. (John N Murphy, Dermot Breen & Cathal Forkan)
