A Common Sandpiper, 20 Redshank, a Greenshank, three Mallard and four Little Egrets were at Poulaweela Creek (TT).
41 Redshank, four Greenshank, seven Lapwing, 48 Curlew, four Mallard, four Little Egrets and four Grey Herons were at Robertstown (TT).

A Wilson’s Petrel was at the Bridges of Ross this morning (Paidi Cullinan) along with one Great Shearwater, five Storm Petrel, one adult Long-tailed Skua, one adult Pomarine Skua, one adult Sabine’s Gull, four Great Skua, three Arctic Skua(all dark morph), 17 Sooty Shearwater, two Common Tern, 30 Whimbrel and a Common Scoter.(8.30a.m.-6p.m.)(PC, Brian McCloskey, Peter Philips, Luke and Sean Geraty)

A 3cy Yellow-legged Gull was at O’Callaghan’s Strand (TT).
882 Lesser Black-backed Gulls were on the Shannon in Limerick City at low tide this afternoon (TT).

A one hour sea watch at the Bridges of Ross today on South East winds produced one Arctic Skua, four Common Scoter, six Arctic Terns, 18 Whimbrel and 300 Manx Shearwaters. (John N Murphy)
There was one Spotted Redshank and 26 Little Egrets at Moyasta Creek on high tide. (JNM)

There were 70 Sandwich Terns, 18 Arctic Terns and a colour ringed juvenile Common Gull at Rinneville Bay. (JNM)

An adult Mediterranean Gull was on the Shannon at Brown’s Quay. 547 Lesser Black-backed Gulls inc. 45 juveniles were on the Shannon in Limerick City (TT). One of the juveniles, (Blue 005:R), was ringed as a chick at a colony at the northern end of Lough Ree (Incharmadermot Island) on 29/6/18.

Two female Hen Harriers, a Kestrel, three Ravens, five Dunlin, 30 Ringed Plover, six Curlew and a Little Egret were at Scattery Island this afternoon (Tom Tarpey & Maura Turner).

Four thousand eight hundred Manx Shearwater, two Sooty Shearwater, two Bonxies, three Great Northern Diver and three Common Scoter were at Black Head between 07.40-11.00.(Paul Troake)
Nineteen Sooty Shearwater, 15 Whimbrel and two Common Scoter were at the Bridges of Ross between 07.30-10.30.(Eanna O Flynn)
An Arctic Skua, a Pomarine Skua, a Bonxie and 20 Golden Plover were at the Bridges of Ross between 10.30-14.00(Jeff Copner and Dave McNamara)
A 137 Rock Dove were at Bealaha.(JC & DMN)
Four Arctic Tern and two Whimbrel were at Rinvilla.(JC & DMN)
Ten Whimbrel and a 100 Ringed Plover were at Doonbeg.(JC & DMN)

A juvenile Reed Warbler was seen at Coonagh this morning, confirming successful breeding there this summer. Also present were three Pocahrd inc. one juvenile, eight Gadwall, three drake Wigeon, nine Tufted Duck, three Little Egrets and a Raven (TT)
A Buzzard was at Ballysimon (TT).
Three Common Sandpipers, a Greenshank, six Redshank, six Whimbrel, three Curlew, a Little Egret, two Grey Herons, three Sandwich Terns, seven Mediterranean Gulls, 40 Black-headed Gull, four Herring Gulls, two Great Black-backed Gulls and a Buzzard were at Tarbert Bay (Geoff Hunt).
