Also at the Bridges were 12 Sooty Shearwaters, three Pomarine Skuas, 38 Bonxies, 23 Arctic Skuas, 13 Long-tailed Skuas, two Storm Petrels, 18 Leach’s Petrels, four Sabines Gulls, 34 Sandwich Terns, 12 Arctic Terns, two Red-throated Divers, 32 Grey Phalaropes and 14 Whimbrel.(Niall Keogh, Sean Pierce, John N Murphy, Aonghus O’Donnell, Paidi Cullinan et al)

At the Bridges of Ross there were ten Sooty Shearwaters, one adult Pomarine Skua, seven Arctic Skuas, ninecBonxies, two Leach’s Petrels, 12 Grey Phalaropes and three Puffins. (VC, JD & AK)
One pale phased Pomarine Skua and one Arctic Skua were off Black Head this morning, and four Bonxies off Coolsiva Pier. (Paul Troake)

At the Bridges of Ross today there were, one Great Shearwater, 32 Sooty Shearwaters, one Balearic Shearwater, 28 Leach’s Petrels, three Storm Petrels, 11 Long-tailed Skuas, three Pomarine Skuas, 42 Arctic Skuas, 36 Bonxies, seven Sabine’s Gulls, one Black Tern, four Arctic Terns, 28 Sandwich Terns, two Little Terns, 36 Grey Phalaropes, 14 Whimbrel, 26 Sanderling, four Dunlin, 12 Knot, 22 Turnstone and two Common Scoter.
