A Hawfinch was seen at Curraghchase (per Irish Birding (Gavin Fennessey)). A bumper Hornbeam seed crop this year should increase the prospects for more Hawfinch sightings there.

A 4cy White-tailed Eagle, Blue/Orange 6, was seen in the County (James McGrath). This Beara bird has been seen in a number of locations in Limerick and Clare in the past year.
Two Buzzards were at Ballyorgan (Tony Mee).
A Dipper was at Croom (TM).

Lesser Whitethroat at Loop Head John N Murphy

There was a Lesser Whitethroat at Kilbaha today along with one female Blackcap, one Chiffchaff, three Goldcrest, one 3rd year male Hen Harrier, one Buzzard, one Merlin, two Barnacle Geese, 80 Golden Plover and four Redwing. (John N Murphy)
