Off the Bridges of Ross today there was one Balearic Shearwater, five Sooty Shearwaters, three Storm Petrels, one juvenile Little Gull and two Black-throated Divers. (David Dack)
In Kilbaha village there was one Yellow Wagtail, two Chiffchaffs and two Willow Warblers. (DD)

At the Bridges of Ross today there was 20 Sooty Shearwaters, 1,000’s of Manxies, 15 Bonxies, 15 Arctic Skuas, one Leach’s Petrel, four Storm Petrels, one Sabine’s Gull, two Great Northern Divers and one Green Sandpiper. (David Dack)


Thurday 9th September 2021

At the Bridges today there was one Great Shearwater, 60 Sooty Shearwaters, 13 Bonxies, 15 Arctic Skuas, one juvenile Sabine’s Gull, three Black Terns and three Black-tailed Godwits. (David Dack)

Adult Yellow-legged Gull Geoff Hunt

Two Ruff were at Robertstown (Geoff Hunt).
The adult Yellow-legged Gull was at Loughill (GH).
16 Greenshank were at Robertstown (Gerry Murphy).


Monday 6th September 2021

A Whimbrel and 20 Mediterranean Gulls were at Tarbert Bay (TT).
Two Common Sandpipers were at the Askeaton Boat Club Quay (TT).
112 Ringed Plover, 71 Dunlin & 35 Turnstone were at Glin Pier (TT).
39 Redshank, six Greenshank, 18 Knot, 30 Curlew & 21 Oystercatchers were at the Long Rock (TT).

Two male Yellowhammer were at Rinnamona, Kilnaboy.(Nuala and Tom Lynch)
