This Black-headed Gull was at the Mill Road Corbally today. It was ringed as an adult in Poland in May 2019. It has wintered on the Shannon at Corbally every year since and has been seen in Holland in August 2020, in Poland in June 2023, in Holland again in September 2023, in Kilbaha in October 2023 (John N MurphY) and back in Corbally in November 2023(TT).

Two Borolo’s Shearwater flew past the Bridges of Ross at 12.25.(John N. Murphy and Geoff Pearson)
Also at the Bridges between 09.30-13.30 were one Sooty Shearwater, 21 Manx Shearwater, one Great Skua, one Blue Fulmar, one Storm Petrel, one first-winter Little Gull, two Grey Phalarope and four Common Scoter.(JNM and GP)
Seven Manx Shearwater were off Black Head.(Paul Troake)
Another Manx Shearwater, two Whimbrel and 80 Common Scoter were at Coolshiva.(PT)
