Grey Phalarope at Cloghaun Lough Loop Head John N Murphy

There were 15 Grey Phalaropes on the sea at Cloghaun Lough. (TT & JNM)

Three Grey Phalaropes and a Jack Snipe were at Ross Bay, Loop Head. (JNM & TT)

One Willow Warbler, two Chiffchaff and a Buzzard were on the Bog Road, Loop Head. (JNM), and one Kingfisher and an immature Hen Harrier were close to Kilbaha Village. (JNM & TT)

An adult Little Stint, one Wheatear, 14 Mediterranean Gull (five adult, three 2nd winter and six 1st winter) and a Peregrine were at Corraunroo.(James Organ)

Turtle Dove at Cregg, Lahinch Jeff Copner

One Turtle Dove was at Lahinch.(Jeff Copner)

At Ross Ringing Station today (14.00-16.00), there were three juvenile Sabine’s Gulls, 55 Sooty Shearwaters, two Arctic Skuas, two Bonxies, 19 Arctic Terns and five Grey Phalaropes with one immature/female Hen Harrier hunting fields close by. (Chris Cullen and John N Murphy)

Three Green Sandpipers were at Moyasta. (JNM)

At Loop Head there was one Cory’s Shearwater, three Sooty Shearwaters, 60 Golden Plover and three Wheatears. (CC & JNM)

At the gardens in Kilbaha there was one Spotted Flycatcher, three Chiffchaff, one Willow Warbler, 20 Snipe and over 70 Rock Doves. (JNM & CC)

The colour ringed Oystercatcher 8J black inscription on white and orange over black, ringed in Iceland during 2015, was back at Liscannor. (Geoff Pearson)
