A very distant shot of the female Ring-necked Duck at Ballyallia Lake John N Murphy

The female RING-NECKED DUCK and MARSH HARRIER were at the back end of Ballyallia Lake this afternoon (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill).
The adult winter FORSTER’S TERN was at Corronroo (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill), along with four Long-tailed Ducks, two Spotted Redshanks, one second-winter Little Gull, three adults and one first-winter Mediterannean Gulls, 16 Red-breasted Mergansers, 200 Lapwing, six Great Northern Divers, 60 Dunlin, 158 Wigeon and three Little Egrets (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill).
One Common Sandpiper was at the Quay in Clarecastle (Finbarr MacGabhann).
One male and one female Hen Harriers were at Lough Muchanagh, along with 37 White-fronted Geese (John N Murphy, Caoimhin O’Neill & Dave McNamara).
One female Hen Harrier was at Lahinch Marsh (Dave McNamara).
There was one Black-throated Diver and 7 Long-tailed Ducks off Aughinish (Dave McNamara).
There were 11 Little Egrets and one Woodcock at the Falls Ennistymon (Dave McNamara).
At Burrin Lake, New Quay there were 15 Whooper Swans and 25 Moorhen (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill).
A flock of 130 Common Gulls, 50 Wigeon and two Little Egrets were at Lough Murree on the Flaggy Shore  (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill).
One Merlin was on the New Line near Eagle Rock, the Burren (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill).
One Peregrine was near Dromore Lake, Ruan (John N Murphy & Caoimhin O’Neill).
