At Ardclooney, lower Lough Derg there was one Chiffchaff, four Whooper Swans, 24 Greylag Geese, 100 Lapwing, 375 Tufted Duck, six Pochard (the first recorded in the county this year), 14 Greater Scaup, 12 Goldeneye, six Great Crested Grebes, two Grey Wagtails and an Otter.
