At the Bridges of Ross there were 125 Manx Shearwaters per hour, 22 Sooty Shearwaters, five Leach’s Petrels, nine Storm Petrels, two Red-throated Divers, 18 Common Scoter, 15 Bonxies, 28 Arctic Skuas, one Pomarine Skua, seven juvenile Black Terns, 33 Sandwich Terns, 179 Whimbrel, two Bottle-nosed Dolphins, 15 plus Common Dolphins and up to four Ocean Sunfish.
