A 3cy Yellow-legged Gull was at Harvey’s Quay, Limerick City (Geoff Hunt).

A immature White-tailed Eagle was seen in the Corbally-St. Thomas’s Island area this morning (Tony Ryan).

Six Little Egrets were at Ballykeeffe (TT).
37 Whooper Swans, 80 Wigeon, 16 Teal, two Gadwall, 12 Tufted Ducks and 20 Curlew were at Lough Gur (Geoff Hunt).

Two Cattle Egrets were at Ballykeeffe (Gearoid Jackson).
A Buzzard was at Milltown, Ballysimon (TT).

Four Buzzards were at Kilfinny (Andrew Holmes).

The five Cattle Egrets were in the fields at Blackberry Lane, Ballykeeffe this morning (Maura Turner & Tom Tarpey). One was also seen later at Bunlicky along with a Buzzard (Geoff Copner).
A 3cy Yellow-legged Gull was at Sarsfield Lock (TT).
A Redshank was at O’Callaghan’s Strand (TT).

The five Cattle Egrets were in the fields at Ballykeeffe (just west of the greyhound stadium and Ballinacurra Creek) today (John N Murphy).
A Buzzard was perched on a tree in the field at Bunlickey where Cattle Egrets have been seen. (Nuala and Tom Lynch)

A Common Sandpiper was at Foynes yacht club (TT).
A Whooper Swan, a Scaup, 32 Wigeon, 20 Shoveler, 14 Gadwall, two Teal, five Mallard, six Mute Swans, 147 Coot, nine Little Grebes, four Curlew, two Ravens and a Kestrel were at Coonagh (TT).
Seven Jays were at Curraghchase (TT).
A Buzzard was at Mungret(TT).

A Buzzard was at Milltown, Ballysimon (TT).

Tuesday 20th November 2018

Three Cattle Egrets were at Bunlicky today (TT).
A Norwegian Common Gull, White J8JL, was seen at Sarsfield Lock (Geoff Hunt). The bird was ringed as a chick near Oslo on 9/7/12 and last seen there on 14/7/16. It’s the second Norwegian colour-ringed Common Gull seen in Limerick this year.
