There were 400 Golden Plover and nine Purple Sandpiper at Clahane. One hundred and forty Common Scoter, six Great Northern Diver and two Red-throated Diver were at Lahinch. Two Tree Sparrow, 100 Chaffinch were with the little flock of Snow Bunting at Seafield.(Geoff Pearson)

At the Clare Branch outing fourteen Red-throated Diver and a Great Northern Diver were at Liscannor. Two hundred and twenty Golden Plover and a Merlin were at Clahane. Three Shoveler were at the Inagh Estuary.
