An adult drake Surf Scoter was off Coolsiva Pier, Black Head this afternoon (John N Murphy et al). There were four Black-throated Divers off Finvarra Point.Four Mediterranean Gulls and one Sandwich Tern were on the Clare side of Corronroo Bay this evening.

Fifty one Whooper Swan were at Kells with nine more at the Drumcliffe end of Ballyallia Lake. A male Yellowhammer was at Gortlecka Cross in the Burren National Park.
