Today at Loop Head there was one Garden Warbler, four Lapland Buntings, six Chiffchaff, one Willow Warbler, 16 Chough, one Merlin and one dark-phased Arctic Skua in Kilbaha Bay.
Two Ruff were at Kilcredaun Marsh.

Two Lapland Buntings, one Tree Sparrow, a flock of 30 Golden Plovers and a Peregrine were the highlights at Loop Head today.
There was a small flock of seven Ruff on flooded fields and on the beach at Rineville Bay near Kilcredaun Marsh. Also on the beach at Rineville were four juvenile Curlew Sandpipers.
Up to ten Curlew Sandpipers, a flock of 300 Dunlin, 45 Wigeon, 80 Teal, a Peregrine and eight Little Egrets were at Poulnasherry Bay.
One adult Mediterranean Gull was on the beach at Kilkee.
Two Little Egrets were at Querrin.

The Pectoral Sandpiper was at Quilty again today (Dave McNamara & Barry Howell).
One Grey Phalarope,two Curlew Sandpipers, one Ruff and 30 Common Scoter were at Liscannor Harbour.
Two first-winter Mediterranean Gulls were at cregg Beach, Lahinch.
One first-winter Mediterranean Gull, one Kingfisher and one Peregrine were at Seafield, Quilty.
One adult Mediterranran Gull and six Red-throated Divers were at Doughmore.
One Kingfisher was at the Lough Doonbeg.
One Kingfisher was at O’Briens Bridge, Lahinch.

A juvenile Spotted Crake was at Doonbeg Lough this morning (John N Murphy), along with two Water Rails, one Kingfisher, one Common Sandpiper, one adult and one first-winter Mediterranean Gulls.
One Semi-palmated Sandpiper (John N Murphy) and two Little Stints were at Seafield, Quilty this morning.
A Buff-breasted Sandpiper was at Quilty Beach (John N Murphy).
One Pectoral Sandpiper was on the flooded field between Quilty and Doonbeg (Dave McNamara, John N Murphy et al). Also in this field there was one Golden Plover , three White Wagtails, four Wheatears, 1§6 Skylarks and three Whooper Swans flew over heading south.
One juvenile Black Tern was at Lough Donnell.
One Grey Phalarope was at Liscannor Pier.
Two first-winter Mediterranean Gulls were in Kilbaha Harbour with one Chiffchaff in the gardens.

The Pectoral Sandpiper was still in a flooded field mid way between Quilty and Doonbeg.
One juvenile Black Tern and an adult Ring-billed Gull were at the mouth of the Skivileen River near Doughmore.
One Common Sandpiper was at Doonbeg Lough.
