At Loop Head today there was one Yellow Wagtail at Ross, one female Hen Harrier hunting the headland, one Golden Plover, 26 Wheatear, 100 Sandwich Terns, six Common Terns, four Arctic Terns, six Whimbrel and a flock of 250 Linnet. (John N Murphy)

At Loop Head today there was one male Hen Harrier, 17 Wheatear, 20 Blue Tit, two Redpoll, 45 Ringed Plover and four Whimbrel. (John N Murphy)

At Islandavanna today there were 485 Black-tailed Godwits, one Common Sandpiper, 29 Knot and 17 Teal. (Chris & Tristan Cullen)

Curlew Sandpiper at Quilty Barry Howell

There was one Little Stint, two Curlew Sandpipers and one Sanderling within the flock of Dunlin and Ringed Plovers on the mudflats at the Shannon Airport Lagoon this evening. (John N Murphy) Also 25 Shelduck had arrived back after their moulting migration.
In the Lagoon itself there were 16 Wigeon, four Shoveler, ten Gadwall, 25 Teal and six Water Rails.(JNM)
At Seafield, Quilty this evening there were two Little Stint and over ten Curlew Sandpipers.(Barry Howell)

At Seafield there were two Little Stint and nine Curlew Sandpipers.(MB, BK & KC)
At Lough Donnell there was one Little Stint on the beach by the slipway. (MG, BK & KC)
At Clonderalaw this morning there were 12 Great-crested Grebes, 12 Little Egrets, 50 Mallard, 27 Oystercatchers, 134 Black-headed Gulls and a Chiffchaff in song.(Chris & Tristan Cullen)
At Killimer this there was one adult Mediterranean Gull, seven Sandwich Tern and 59 Black-headed Gulls. (Tristan & Chris Cullen)
