Aslo at Loop Head were one Spotted Flycatcher, one Chiffchaff, one Goldcrest, five Coal Tits, one Merlin, one immature/female Hen Harrier, 106 Golden Plover and two Wheatears.

A Swallow was seen at Foynes.
65 Redshank, 8 Greenshanks and four Little Egrets were at Poulaweela.
33 Redshank, two Greenshank, five Snipe, a Dunlin, a Turnstone, 24 Lapwing, 30 Curlew, two Little Egrets and a Kingfisher were at Loughill. (TT).

Two Common Redstart were between Johnny Walsh’s farm and Crotty’s Cross at Loop Head (south side of the road.) (John N.Murphy and Killian Mullarney) Also at Loop Head were one Spotted Flycatcher, four Chiffchaffs, one Willow Warbler, one Blackcap, three Wheatears, one Goldcrest, one Swallow, one Coal Tit, ten Redpoll, 12 Greenfinch, 200 Linnet, one female Han Harrier, one Merlin, one Peregrine and 60 Golden Plover.

Bluethroat at Loop Head Killian Mullarney
A first-winter female BLUETHROAT was at Loop Head today. (John N Murphy, Killian Mullarney et al) This is only the second county record and exactly 33 years to the day since the first record at the Shannon Airport Lagoon on 6th October 1982.
Also at Loop Head there was one Lapland Bunting, one female Blackcap, one Spotted Flycatcher, one Peregrine, 40 Golden Plover, 16 Chough, 14 Redpoll, 16 Goldfinch, 10 Greenfinch and two Wheatear.
