Six Whooper Swans, 120 Teal, a Wigeon, 450 Lapwing, 90 Curlew and 21 Snipe were seen at Doohyle Lough(Geoff Hunt).

A Cattle Egret was at the Groody Valley just north of the Dublin Road in Limerick City today (Tom Tarpey). This is the third record of the species for Limerick. A Little Egret and 200 Lapwing were also present.

A Blackcap was seen at Asbrook, Limerick City.

The two GLOSSY IBIS’S were at Lahinch Marsh (Dave McNamara), along with three Little Egrets, one female Hen Harrier, two Raven, 50 Teal and 40 Curlew.
The two Long-tailed Ducks were still at Fenloe Lake and over 50 Greylag Geese. (Finbarr MacGabhann)
