A Leach’s Petrel, three Great Skua and 22 Sooty Shearwater were at the Bridges of Ross, 15.35-17.35.(Alex Ash)

An Osprey was seen just west of Bushy Island, Ballysteen. It’s a fifth record for the County. Two juvenile Hen Harriers and 1,200 Black-tailed Godwits were also seen in the area (Paul Troake).

Green Sandpiper at the small pond in Kilbaha Jeff Copner

The juvenile Pectoral Sandpiper was still at Cloghaun lough, Loop Head (Nick Larter).
There was a Green Sandpiper at Cloghaun Lough, Loop Head probably the same individual from the pond in Kilbaha village (NL & Jeff Copner)
One Buzzard was at Cross Village (JC)

Juvenile Pectoral Sandpiper at Loop Head John N Murphy

A juvenile Pectoral Sandpiper was at Cloghaun Lough, Loop Head this afternoon.(John N. Murphy)
One Buzzard was in a field between Rehy and Kilcredaun Marsh. (JNM)
There was one adult-winter Mediterranean Gull at Kilimer. (JNM)
Three Common Sandpipers were at Clarecastle Quay. (JNM)
Eight Little Egrets were at Kildysert with another eight at Moyasta. (JNM)
The Buzzard at Exit 13 in Ennis was found dead on the M18 road this morning. (Paidi Cullinan)
