A wet male Wheatear at Loop Head John N Murphy

One 2CY Ring-billed Gull was at Seafield, Quilty. (John N Murphy)
There were two male Wheatears at Loop Head Lighthouse with another at Castle Point Kilkee, one male at Seafield Quilty and one male at Clahane Liscannor. (JNM)
Two 2CY Iceland Gulls were at Moveen. (JNM)
At least 12 Tree Sparrows were in fields, south of Seafield, Quilty. (JNM)
A flock of 120 Golden Plover were at Loop Head, another 110 were near Moveen with 200 on the rocks at Clahane. (JNM)
There were 90 Common Scoter at Liscannor Bay and 23 Red-throated Divers. (JNM)

Two Great Spotted Woodpeckers were at Murroe (Tom Tarpey, Gordon Young et al.). Both birds were heard drumming simultaneously.
A Chiffchaff and a pair of Buzzards were also present.(TT, GY et al.)
Three Hawfinches and three Bramblings were at Curraghchase (Eric Dempsey)

At least three Great Spotted Woodpeckers were seen at Murroe today. At least one bird was heard drumming (Gordon Young).
Three Buzzards were also present (GY)
Four Buzzards were at Curraghchase (Fergus Flood).

The drake Ring-necked Duck was still in the south east corner of Ballyallia Lake. (John N Murphy)

There were 114 Whooper Swans at Ballygireen, Newmarket-on-Fergus. (JNM)
