There was one Green Sandpiper, three immature/female type Common Scoter, five Pochard, four Greater Scaup, 450 Tufted Duck, two Little Egrets and nine Whooper Swans at Ardclooney this afternoon. (John N Murphy)
Two Green Sandpipers and a Redshank were on the head race canal at O’Briensbridge (Tom Tarpey & Maura Turner).
