Two first winter Iceland Gulls were at the quays in Limerick City (Maura Turner and Tom Tarpey).
A Blackcap was in a garden at Westfields (Una Hogan).
A Barn Owl was at Ballyphilip, Croom (TT).

24 Waxwings were feeding on a cotoneaster bush on the boundary wall between Childers Road and Oakview Drive in Ballinacurra this afternoon (Maura Turner & Tom Tarpey).
The 1st winter Yellow-legged Gull was seen again for the first time in two weeks at Harvey’s Quay. Three 1st winter Iceland Gulls were also seen in the City(Geoff Hunt).
Black-headed Gull Yellow 208P, originally ringed as a nestling at Lough Mask in June 2007 and now in its eleventh year, was also seen at Harvey’s Quay.

Three Goosanders were at Shannon Banks close to St. Thomas’s Island on the Clare/Limerick border.(PC & LM)
