There were three Ring-necked Duck, one Lesser Scaup, seven Greater Scaup, 550 Tufted Duck, four Pochard, a Green Sandpiper and a juvenile White-tailed Eagle(purple tag 40) at Ardclooney. (Tom Tarpey)
The Eagle was released by the NPWS at Tarbert Bay last August and was still in the area in late September. (TT)

Black Redstart at Kilkee John N Murphy
The female Lesser Scaup, the hybrid drake Tufted Duck x Scaup and three Ring-necked Ducks were at Ardclooney this morning. (Davey Farrar)

In Kilbaha harbour there were 150 Oystercatchers and one Great Northern Diver. (JNM)

Female Lesser Scaup at Ardclooney John N Murphy
One female Lesser Scaup and a hybrid drake Lesser Scaup were at Ardclooney along with one drake and one hen Ring-necked Duck, ten Greater Scaup, eight Pochard and over 200 Tufted Ducks. (John N Murphy)
There was one Common Scoter and one Storm Petrel off the Bridges of Ross. (Chris Cullen)
