At Seafield and Quilty there was one Red-throated Diver, 25 Great Northern Diver, 50 Purple Sandpiper, 350 Sanderling, 120 Turnstone, 80 Ringed Plover, 12 Brent Geese and two Willow Warbler. (John N Murphy)

A seawatch off Ross Ringing Station between 10.30 & 15.00 produced 10,000 Manx Sheawaters and 14 Chough. (John N Murphy)
