The Goosander was at Ballymacrinan Bay along with ten Red-throated Divers and two Black Guillemots. (John N Murphy)

Female Goosander at Killimer John N Murphy
One Little Auk was flying around Quilty Beach early this morning, with four Red-throated Divers on the sea. (JNM)

One Slavonian Grebe and the Velvet Scoter were at Poulnasherry Bay this morning,(John N Murphy) along with one Red-throated Diver and seven Great Northern Divers.

Velvet Scoter at Poulnasherry John N Murphy
One first-winter male Velvet Scoter was at Poulnasherry Bay (John N Murphy), along with 130 Brent Geese, 23 Little Egrets, four Great Northern Divers, one female Goldeneye, 183, Shelduck, eight Red-breasted Mergansers, one Black Guillemot, 370 Dunlin, ten Knot,70 Grey Plover, 260 Lapwing, 140 Curlew, 82 Bar-tailed Godwits and one Merlin.
