A Whinchat on the west wall of Loop Head Lighthouse John N Murphy

An adult White-rumped Sandpiper was at Rineville beach this today. (David Dack, John N Murphy & Jeff Copner) This is the 10th county record.
At Loop Head there was one Whinchat, one Willow Warbler, one Chiffchaff, one Buzzard, one Ruff at Cloghaun Lough and 102 Golden Plover in the plover fields near the lighthouse. (John N Murphy)
Off the Bridges of Ross there were three Common Scoter, one Red-throated and one Great Northern Divers. (David Dack)
