At the Bridges of Ros this evening (17.45-19.15) there was one Scopoli’s Shearwater, 94 Cory’s Shearwater, 12 Sooty Shearwater, 3,618 Manx Shearwaters, one European Storm Petrel, 191 Fulmars, 31 Oystercatcher, one Turnstone and one Common Sandpiper. (Peter Phillips)
A seawatch at Ross Ringing Station between (17.00-18.30) produced 19 Cory’s Shearwater, one Sooty Shearwater, one adult Great Skua, one dark phased Arctic Skua, 53 Oystercatcher and 5 Sandwich Tern.(John N Murphy)
One Wheatear was in the field at Ross Ringing Station along with one Turnstone and 76 Rick Doves.(JNM)

At the Bridges of Ross today there were over 500 Cory’s Shearwaters, three Great Shearwaters, 7 Sooty Shearwaters, one Pomarine Skua and five Storm Petrels.(Paul Lynch)
At Lough O’Grady this morning there were two Green Sandpipers, seven Ringed Plover, one Black-tailed Godwit, one Greenshank, two Dunlin, two Lapwing, two Curlew & 12 Snipe. (Andy Smith).

A seawatch between the Bridges of Ross and Ross Ringing Station (6.30 to 17.30) produced 482 Cory’s Shearwater, 58 Great Shearwater, 11 Sooty Shearwater, 20 Storm Petrels, one dark phased Arctic Skua, one immature Mediterranean Gull, one Puffin, 50 Whimbrel, 13 Arctic Terns and 60 Sandwich Terns.
