Tuesday 5th November 2019

The Ring-necked Duck and a Jay were also at Ballyallia.(Páidí Cullinan)
The Black-headed Gull with a white darvic ring on left leg with black inscription 29HB was back at Ballyallia for a third year in a row. This bird was ringed as a nestling on the 3rd of June 2014 at Cokes Pit, Somerford Keynes, Gloucestershire UK. It also returned to this site on November 5th 2018.(PC)

Two Snow Buntings were at the tip of Loop Head along with three Merlin and the female Wheatear was still at Ross Bay. (Tony Mee)

At Loop Head today there was one Tree Sparrow, one Jack Snipe, one Carrion Crow, one Merlin, one Buzzard, one Little Egret and 100 Golden Plover. (Tony Mee & Jeff Copner)
At Kilkee Bay the Eider Duck was still present along with on Long-tailed Duck. (Dixie Collins & JC)

Monday 28th October 2019

The immature Eider Duck was still at Kilkee.(John N Murphy)
At Kilbaha and Loop Head today there were two Carrion Crows, one Tree Sparrow, one female Wheatear, one Willow Wabler, one Chiffchaff,one Merlin, one Peregrine, one Little Egret and four Fieldfare. (JNM)

Monday 28th October 2019

Two Whooper Swans, 57 Gadwall, ten Shoveler, two Mallard, 39 Tufted Duck, four Pochard, 104 Coot, 26 Little Grebes and four Snipe were at Coonagh (TT).
