The Osprey was seen today at Lahinch Marsh (Finbarr MacGabhann & Dave McNamara).
Also at Lahinch were one first-winter Mediterranean Gull, one Merlin and 19 Golden Plover.
One Long-eared Owl was at Applewood, Ballycarnewmarket, Newmarket-on-Fergus this evening.

The adult American Golden Plover was at the Fodry, Loop Head (Dave McNamara), along with 38 Golden Plover, two Merlin, two Peregrine and 30 Choughs.
The Osprey was also at Lahinch Marsh (Dave McNamara).
One first-winter Mediterranean Gull and a Kingfisher were at Doonbeg.
There were 11 Brent Geese at Seafield.
One Arctic Skua and two Red-throated Divers were at Liscannor.

The Opsrey is still hanging out at lahinch Marsh (Jeff Copner).
At the Bridges of Ross there was one juvenile Little Gull, one Sooty Shearwater, five Bonxies, one Arctic Skua, one Grey Phalarope and a Ruff flew in off the sea.
One Snow Bunting was at Loop Head.
Five Canada Geese were at the Post Office Field in Ennis.

At the Bridges of Ross today there was 201 Sooty Shearwaters, 403 Manx Shearwaters, 16 Leach’s Petrels, two Storm Petrels, 28 Bonxies, one Pomarine Skua, two Arctic Skuas, two juvenile Long-tailed Skuas, one Arctic Tern, ten Sandwich Terns, two Puffins, three Grey phalaropes, three Red-throated Divers, eight Common Scoter and ten Whimbrel.

Twelve Mediterranean Gulls, 40 Teal, 30 Redshank, 25 Black-tailed Godwits, 16 Greenshank, 15 Great-crested Grebes along with smaller numbers of Dunlin and Little Egrets were seen at Tarbert today on the Branch Outing. A possible Goshawk was also seen at the end of the outing. The bird emerged from the wood on the north side of the bay, being mobbed by a Sparrowhawk and another smaller raptor.

The juvenile Osprey was still present at Lahinch salt marsh today (Tom Tarpey & Gerry Butler).
At the Bridges of Ross today there were four Balearic Shearwaters, 223 Sooty Shearwaters, 3,100 Manx Shearwaters, 45 Leach’s Petrels, three Storm Petrels, three Common Scoter, six Red-throated Divers, 19 Bonxies, five Arctic Skuas, three juvenile Long-tailed Skuas, two Litle Gulls, 22 Arctic Terns, one Sandwich Tern, one juvenile Black Tern, 35 Grey Phalaropes and three Puffins.
One Brent Goose was in Kilbaha Harbour.

An adult Yellow-legged Gull(Geoff Hunt) was at Robertstown today along with a Whimbrel, two Snipe, 18 Golden Plover,24 Greenshank, 28 Redshank and 29 Curlew.
40 Redshank and a Lapwing were at Loghill.

At Coonagh this afternoon there were seven Gadwall, four Wigeon, ten Pochard, 12 Mallard, 42 Tufted Duck, a Snipe, a Greenshank, a Black-tailed Godwit, a Little Egret, five Great-crested Grebes as well as numerous Little Grebes, Coot and Moorhen.

The Opsrey was feeding at Lahinch Marsh (Dave McNamara).
There were three Grey Phalaropes, three Bonxies, four Arctic Skuas, one Leach’s Petrel, four Common Scoter and a Great Northern Diver at Black Head.
At the Bridges today there was one Balearic Shearwater, 87 Sooty Shearwaters, 700 Manx Shearwaters, 13 Leach’s Petrels, three Common Scoter, 39 Pale-bellied Brent Geese, four Red-throated Divers, one Great Northern Diver, 23 Bonxies, one dark adult Pomarine Skua, 17 Arctic Skuas, two juvenile Long-tailed Skuas, nine Arctic Terns, 12 Sandwich Terns, two Grey Phalaropes and four Puffins.
At the Rine, Ballyvaughan, a flock of seven Pink-footed Geese flew across the bay towards Bishopsquarter.
An adult Ring-billed Gull was at the south end of Seafield beach.
Also one peregrine was at Lough O Donnell, one peregrine was at Lahinch Marsh.
There were 30 Greylag Geese were at Lough Muchanagh.
A flock of 30 Wigeon were at Lough Murrey.

Off Black Head today between 07.45 and 11.20 there were 15 Arctic Skuas, one Pomarine Skua, one Bonxie, one Leach’s Petrel, one Balearic Shearwater, 800 Manx Shearwaters, 500 Gannets, 150 Kittiwakes 700 mixed Razorbills and Guillemots, 35 Fulmars, three Sandwich Terns, two Arctic Terns and one Great Northern Diver (Paul Troake).
At the Bridges of Ross were; one Balearic Shearwater, 123 Sooty Shearwater, 1,000 Manx Shearwaters, one Blue Fulmar, 32 Leach’s Petrels, eight Common Scoter, 18 Red-throated Divers, 71 Great Skuas, four Pomarine Skuas, 39 Arctic Skuas, three juvenile Long-tailed Skuas (Jason McManus & Niall T. Keogh), one adult Sabine’s Gull, 79 Kittiwakes, 28 Arctic Terns, 32 Sandwich Terns, 20 Grey Phalaropes, five Puffins, 12 Knot, two Golden Plover, two Dunlin, two Raven and four Chough.
